Falfish are proud to announce a £1.8m investment in a new purpose-built cold storage facility next to the Falfish processing headquarters in Redruth, Cornwall.
The expansion is being supported by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) using £575,000 from the government’s Local Growth Fund.
This significant investment will increase Falfish’s storage capacity to 1,150 tonnes, improve self-sufficiency and reduce operational costs. The 660 sq m food grade coldstore will create 17 new jobs for the area and reduce Falfish’s carbon emissions by 64 tonnes a year thanks to reduced transport needs and the use of renewable energy.
Falfish have appointed ProjectLink as the Principal Designer, Contractor and Project Managers who welcome expressions of interest from trade contractors
