Our Redruth site is located in an ideal position to source from the South West coastline and is within easy reach of transport links to the UK and overseas. The 4,500 sqm site has seen regular investment which has kept us at the forefront of the fish processing industry and allows us to offer our customers a diverse range of products. It is home to an expert team of over 150 staff members with specialist production halls where midwater fish, groundfish, scallops and cephalopod species are processed. We work flexible shift patterns to ensure the species we work with are graded and processed in the shortest time possible often processing within 24 hours from landing.   • Hand cut fillets & VMK butterfly fillets and H&G
  • Handshuck Scallops
  • Skin Pack – Pre-pack trays with or without MAP
  • Added Value – Portions, Marinated and Coated/Topped products
  • Check weigh – Fresh and Frozen retail packs
  • Spiral Freeze – Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) – Bulk boxes & Retail packs
  • Blast Freeze – Bulk boxes
